PROJECT MANAGER

Adecco is currently we are assisting one of our clients in the Burbank area with a long term, possible hire Project Manager position.  If you feel you qualify please apply.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with and be able to effectively communicate with other employees within their defined group. This position also requires professional and collaborative interaction with Sales as well as clients.

Communicate client direction and expectations to plant.

Spot check assigned projects to ensure client expectations and quality are met prior to shipment.

Creation of project estimates as needed while working in a collaborative manner with our estimating department.

Produce and maintain accurate and detailed spreadsheets used for fulfillment to multiple client retail locations.

Interact with shipping and revenue management teams to capture all associated costs for accurate and timely invoicing.

Interact and communicate in a courteous and professional manner.

Document and escalate any enhancement requests that will increase productivity and/or cost saving.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years’ project management and customer service experience required.

3+ industry experience required with previous print experience with exposure to various print mediums.

Must be proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Must have experience with Adobe
