Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for a Project Manager 

 

Duration: 1 year starting 6/25/2018

Pay rate $46.59

  
Global Banking and Markets Tax Program ensures compliance with global tax rules and focuses on creating consistencies & efficiencies across Banking and Markets Operations. Tax Program structure includes 10 key projects focused on US and Foreign Information Reporting and Withholding (IRW) compliance and related control framework enhancements. 
GBAM requirement is to have very granular traceability from the Rule/Law/Regulation to legal interpretations to bodies of work to evidence in production that GBAM is Regulatory compliant. 

Main duties and responsibilities: 
This position is responsible for organizing documentation for Global Banking and Markets Tax program to have traceability of the global tax regulations to the work efforts and evidence that processes and systems have been remediated to be compliant. In your dynamic and challenging role you will: 
• Create the overall project / phased plan that delivers a compliant solution in alignment with global tax rules while maintaining comprehensive records 
• Build the cross organizational project plan and provide escalation to appropriate teams 
• Manage key stakeholder updates and ensure appropriate project governance 
• Drive execution of the project plan and ensure accountability across the organization 
• Ensure the implementation of enterprise change standards for the given book of work 
• Support regulatory review assessments and reviews 
• Support internal audit project driven assessments and reviews 

Required Skills and Attributes: 
• Knowledge of Global Markets products and tax fundamentals 
• 8+ years of program / project management experience 
• Have excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence, negotiate and persuade and resolve conflict at all levels 
• Demonstrate ability to drive complex change requirements 
• Have strong planning and organizational skills, accepting accountability for tasks and ability to balance a high volume of work under pressure 
• Show confidence to work under own initiative coupled with a collaborative style when working as part of a team 
• Proficiency in various Project and Portfolio Management Tools (i.e. Visio, MS Project, etc.) 
• Bachelor’s degree
