Adecco Group, global leader in recruitment of financial professionals seeks an experienced project manager/consultant for our premier client, a leader in financial/insurance industry in Bridgewater NJ area.

Job Title: Sr Project Manager/Consultant ebusiness
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay rate: $60 -65.00 per hour based on experience

This is for a Senior Level Project Manager to assist with coordination of projects, creating and tracking project plans, and provide some resource coordination. This is client's eBusiness and the function within the department for this position is to assist in coordinating the delivery of the online servicing product and also work with International/Global implementation manager to make sure all capabilities required by each country are available in the global servicing platform core product. The Project is a Global Servicing Platform, and the goal is to continue expanding the platform to provide several business capabilities especially as required for live implementation of this both within the US and globally

Coordinate the deliverables from the business team perspective (requirements)
Ensure that the IT Application Development team is also delivering in a timely manner, independently handle assigned components of the project such as scheduling and risk management
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Oversees all aspects of projects.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years’ experience
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Understanding office procedures/business acumen is essential
Computer proficient Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project
Thorough of the Software Development Life Cycle and project governance methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of Insurance Products a must. Will not consider any candidates that don't have industry experience.

Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only and not require relocation assistance.
