Job Description - Experienced and Campus Recruitment Project Manager (Raleigh, NC)

Our team of Recruiting professionals within Recruitment Development & Diversity (RDD) provide tailored end to end recruiting strategies for our internal clients and are responsible for all components of the sourcing process including; global governance, recruitment execution, relationship management and development of quality partnerships with our strategic search firm partners.

The Experienced and Campus Recruitment (ECR) organization is responsible for experienced and campus hiring, internal mobility and onboarding of more than 10,000 hires each year. The ECR Project Manager will be based in Raleigh, NC and reporting into the Americas Head of Experienced Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Global Experienced and Campus Recruiting strategic projects book of work, including:
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, governance, milestones and delivery dates
• Coordinating project schedules, tasks, and managing progress to ensure on-time, quality delivery of
business requirements
• Coordinating with project work streams to review deliverables and assist in providing direction
• Conducting ongoing risk identification, analysis and associated mitigation plan
• Providing recruitment and headcount data management and analytics support
• Drafting regular project updates to senior HR Leadership using MS PPT
• Developing communications plans and reviewing communications delivered to the ECR team, broader HR function, and business to ensure they are comprehensive, timely, consistent and cascaded appropriately

Required Experience/Competencies:
• 5-8 years of Human Resources and/or project management related experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills with an ability to distill information to the clearest points
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Possess excellent judgment and an ability to balance commercial needs with organizational risk
• Personable, with ability to finesse a situation and build consensus among stakeholders, strong team player
• Experience interacting with divisional management-level stakeholders; ability to collaborate with or pitch a message to audiences at various levels of the organization
• Broad experience with different facets of HR preferred
• Experience with data management and reporting (able to define, gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to produce analysis) with demonstrated skills in excel
• Strong analytical skills, thorough attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
