Title: HR Project Manager I

Project Manager working across a range of HR related projects and programs, where you are the connection person, bringing the HR Centers of Excellence and other partners (this may include vendors) together to drive successful execution(s). Will be working across one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects and assignments will vary in nature (strategic and tactical)

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Gather business requirements and identify success measures - agree with stakeholders
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring our technology/other partners are engaged/the work is technically feasible.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - set up and manage routines
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and resulting impacts (budget, comms, etc.)
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of recent project management experience within the technology sector
  • Prior experience working with Training & Development teams with the implementation of new programs
  • Proficiency using project management tools like Smart sheets
  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of HR and project management
  • Demonstrated capabilities managing projects from inception through implementation
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to demonstrate a proven track record is required
