SMB Renewals Specialist - Security Team

About the role: The SMB Renewals Specialist is responsible for processing customer renewals for auto-renewal subscriptions as well as helping migrate customers to ordering platform. You will ensure high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, ensure a high-level of data accuracy, and partner with the renewals account managers to provide a seamless customer interaction. 

Responsibilities: 
● Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts under $10,000 in value with an auto-renewal. 
● Notify and assist customers with migrating to ordering platform at the time of renewal. 
● Pass upsell and product information requests to renewals account managers. 
● Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to make sure payment is collected. 

Education & Experience: 
● Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills 
● Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities 
● Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills 
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
● Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred 
● Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred 
● Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
