Migration Operations Specialist - Cloud Security Team

Our team supports the global Cloud Security renewals teams from EMEA, Boston, Chicago, Austin and San Francisco. 

About the role: The Migration Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the transition of customer renewals from the legacy ordering path (OpenDNS/Cloudlock) to current ordering platform. You will be responsible for ensuring accounts are setup correctly for migration, migration reporting, troubleshooting quoting and migration issues and processing the customer orders when they are submitted. 

Responsibilities: 
● Ensure that all accounts that are identified for migration are correctly tagged and updated for a seamless transition to the new ordering system. 
● Process orders received from Cisco’s ordering platform within Salesforce ensuring customer migration is seamless. 
● Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and drive efficiency within the migration process. 
● Provide reporting and analytics on the migration process. 
● Be a point of escalation for operational questions regarding migration quoting, Salesforce maintenance, and ordering issues. 
● Cross-functional engagement with Operations, Finance, Renewals and Sales teams to resolve complex or difficult ordering scenarios. 

Education & Experience: 
● Salesforce/CRM experience is required. 
● Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written (via email) communications skills 
● Highly detailed oriented with the ability to manage a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities 
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
● Experience with SaaS-based applications and services preferred 
● Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Attitude / Customer Focused
