Project Manager II - NC

TEAM is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to lead the tracking and reporting of specific go-to-market sales plays. You’ll partner with architecture, solutions, engineering, sales, marketing and many other organizations to organize and orchestrate the execution, measurement and communication of the sales play and deploy them with precise communication plan.

THE ROLE
In this role you'll join the Strategy, Planning & Sales Play Creation Team. Our mission is to develop, support and measure effective sales plays based on joint solutions. You will:

• Measure and report on cross-architectural & cross-company sales plays specifically the SD-WAN and DNA-C Assurance Activate initiatives across APO.
• Enablement
• Pitch contest (internal and external)- Sales Connect, take the pitch, judge panel, results of pitch, document, reward, track results
• Demos: dCloud capability, partner submission, review/validation, communication to partner, document, reward, track overall results
• Lab gear tracking to partners, documentation on proof of utilization
• Scorecard and detailed tracking: Sales Activations, Conversions from essentials to advantage, Proof of performance, Utilization rates, MPO/POD performance
• Demand Gen tracking
• SPIFFs- internal and external. Set up, tracking, proof of performance, payment system, track it. Internal contest rules.

• Project/Program Management: Leads a large year-long project or phase(s) of a larger project.
o Facilitates several areas of project management (i.e., scheduling, cost management, calendaring, reporting, ROI, post project follow up).?
o Uses project management processes to deliver projects and may facilitate project team meetings.
o Communicates with project stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance. ?
• Organize cross-functional meetings to pull in proper assistance needed and hold team to timeline, deadlines and drive accountability with owners, due dates and action items
• Provide project management support to ensure the sales plays are communicated and distributed effectively
• Estimate time and resources required to carry out an objective. Then identify appropriate sequence in which activities should be conducted to efficiently complete work.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to ascertain project requirements and/or level of satisfaction with progress and performance.
• Maintains contact with the internal stakeholders to ensure timely activity, integration, and efficient use of resources.
• Communicate regularly with sales play executive sponsor on progress, needs and next steps
• Provide Issue & Risk management & tracking

Who You Are
• Cisco work experience
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Superior knowledge of MS Office suite and Cisco collaboration tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior project management experience with demonstrated results
• Smartsheet experience a plus
• Comfortable Making Decisions and Delivering Continuously in a Changing Environment
• 3-5 year work experience in similar environment
• Strong Critical & Strategic thinking skills - ability to connect the dots to find new opportunities
• Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
• Experience influencing others on ideas & to assist in accomplishing goals/projects
• Minimum 4 of years' experience in the high-tech industry
• Strong Business acumen - understanding of company pillars and care-abouts; finance, marketing, sales, operations, etc…
