Project Manager - Junior

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement custom marketing plans to support the sale of Group Medicare products to both employer groups as well as individual retirees:

o Enrollment materials
o Custom communications based on client requirements
o Presentations


Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
Identifies solutions to non - standard requests and problems
Project manage marketing initiatives by using internal tools
Create and maintain marketing schedules and material component spreadsheet/build of materials (BOM), as appropriate
Solves moderately complex problems and / or conducts moderately complex analyses
Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex task
Translates concepts into practice
Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
Develop and implement marketing / communication plans to support / improve the overall member experience, improve retention and encourage members to take an active role in their health
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams to ensure marketing materials are compliant with necessary state and federal guidelines
Work successfully with internal Marketing Creative/Brand (creative and production) team to create materials that are strategically sound and meet all client commitments
Required Qualifications
Strong presentation skills (over the phone, in-person with client)
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail in work
Demonstrated collaboration and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a deadline driven matrix environment
Excellent organization skills and experience managing and prioritizing several deliverables
Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
