Job Description – Project Manager - Mobile
Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned Mobile projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. This candidate should have proficiency with various project management methodologies, styles and processes and should be flexible in using different skills where applicable and appropriate to manage the workflow. Experience working with Mobile lines-of-business and a familiarity with development of new rate plans / features / services across multiple billing platforms.

Tools / Skills
• Knowledge of process and project management in a Mobile business
• Master proficiency with schedule creation and management
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
• Ability to provide leadership and direction to cross-functional and virtual teams
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
• Ability to address the public in a professional manner
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to stay current on new technologies related to our industry
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
• Knowledge of Mobile products and services
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret end user business needs and translate them into solutions
• Strong relationship management skills - able to set priorities, influence others, manage customer expectations and effect change through influence and partnership
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects / programs simultaneously
• Create and manage project schedules using Smartsheet
• Report project status, including risks/issues/decisions, to peers and leadership teams
• Lead teams of various size, locations, and job descriptions to successfully accomplish goals within established timelines
• Ability to effect continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications
• Project management experience 5+ years
• Smartsheet Certified User and/or relevant expert user experience 1+ year
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred
