Need a Project Manager to come in, hit the ground running and support an foundational/emerging team. This role will be working on digital based payment projects and will be working with cross functional teams – designers, delivery managers, etc. and the LOB – governance and control, change management, etc.

The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as design, development, risk, financial, and change management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical and business activities
• Assign, direct, and, and oversee the progress of project staff activities.
• Manage project financials and follow monthly reporting requirements
• Complete and manage required project artifacts to align to the project methodologies

• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, financial acumen to manage project financial details, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage different work streams across the enterprise.
• Knowledge of project methodology and standards.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, Visio Clarity, and Sharepoint .

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• 5-7 years of experience required.

1.) Excellent Communication – timely responses, organized
2.) Strong Project Financials experience
3.) 8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager utilizing PMI Methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Rapid)
4.) Strong Excel – Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.
