NPI Readiness Project Manager

Job Description:

Analyze sales data / trends and drive product merchandising strategy with XF team
Understand new product strategy and work with channel sales teams for product authorization
Responsible for demo forecast for channel points of sales
Vendor capacity planning and budget planning
Put together merchandising plan for the day of launch
Responsible for merchandising element forecast
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, marcom, sales finance & operations teams to optimize launch results and sales impact
Work with 9 different regional teams for NPI readiness - champion regional feedback on critical operational and store executional differences
Project Management to bring all work streams together to drive NPI readiness
Analyze risk and develop risk mitigation plans - Provide weekly readiness updates
Support decision with robust business justification
Drive process improvement activities after every major launch


Education:
BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
