Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
The Transition and Transformation Project Manager will ensure exceptional, results-oriented project management for the most strategic clients worldwide. By driving best practice, you will facilitate the definition of project mission, tasks and resources, manage project budget and monitor large project teams as well as project progress.

This role is based in the USA but will work on global projects.

Specific Duties:

Lead planning and/or implementation of projects; may participate in the design and/or testing phases
Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements
Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology
Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management


Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
PMP or equivalent degree or working on PMP Certification is a plus
5 years or more of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various projects and ability to manage risks
Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of 10 or more teams
Cross border management experience, working in a multicultural, matrix business environment
Experience and know-how within Document Management Services and BPO
Background in financial services
Recognizes problems or situations; develops improvements and innovations
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Creates within the team a shared focus on the importance of achieving results
