Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Project Manager (Non-IT) ole in Pittsburgh, PA!

POSITION: Project Manager (Non-IT)
LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA (15222) NO REMOTE!
HOURS: Mon-Fri: 8AM -5PM - Room for flexibility regarding work hours OT: Not now.
W2 Contract: 3 months possibility for extension
PAY: $49.06 per hour

Summary:

This project manager will be responsible for managing testing activities for payment workstream project: manage and coordinate scope of project; coordinate test planning and test distributive; work closely with off shore team; provide reporting in terms of testing results; hands on experience in test planning and coordinate off source testing. Ideal candidate will be skilled in payment operations, and MSP consumer workstation
- The main function of a Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
• Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
• Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
• Lead teams of workers in the delivery of high-quality production
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure appropriate development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or other non-technical field.
- PMP or PMI certification is a plus but not required
- 0-2 years’ experience
- Proven project management experience
- People management and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles
Must Have:
- MSP consumer workstation
- Payment operations
- Market servicing experience
