Hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

Position will be mainly responsible for Customer Experience support to help drive the day to day operations of the CX function.

Position will support the end-to-end Customer Experience operations of the Global CX program. Must be able to understand the nuances of business operations and customer types/ personas across business units and international markets. Manage the feedback stream, closed loop process, training teams on managing feedback, manage the feedback dashboard, survey set up, results. Additionally help the teams manage the monthly executive dashboard compilation and program manage the key strategic initiatives across the key Executive Team pillars. Strong Project management skills to lead projects to completion on time and within budget, and communication skills to ensure dashboard management, feedback closed loop process and survey management across business teams where there is no direct reporting authority.

Customer Experience Manager:

• Support customer experience projects across business units and international markets including survey creation via Qualtrics, results, and data aggregation across tools within Tableau and Power Bi
• Manage ongoing surveys, feedback and insight across initiatives ensuring that the projects meet expected outcomes and stated business and technical objectives.
• Serve as an internal consultant to the Global CX business, becoming established as a recognized support utilizing the continuous improvement skillset and transferring knowledge and methodology to process owners. Balance a mix of directly managed projects with those managed by others, providing constructive coaching and advice to project teams.
• Manage projects end-to-end from concept to delivery to achieve agreed upon results. Gain stakeholder buy-in, approval and commitment throughout the project life cycle. Effectively utilize tools to communicate project status, critical path items, gaps, and key milestones. Implement sustainment strategies in partnership with process owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects improve customer satisfaction, generate additional revenue or deliver hard cost savings.
• Partner with all business areas, including all Business Units, Customer Care, Global Manufacturing Services, Logistics, Information Technology, Procurement, etc. to assist in driving improvements. Link ideas and people who may not otherwise interact.
• Facilitate development and implementation of dashboards and key performance indicators for key business processes and deliverables and presents proposals and recommendations with passion, confidence and with appropriate level of detail to all levels of the organization
• Lead key projects, managing timelines, milestones, risks and budgets for key strategic priorities across the executive team, supporting teams and the CX group

Job Specifications
• B.S. Degree with 3-5 years industry experience;
• Project Management Professional Certification desired. Handle multiple projects while meeting aggressive timelines
• Proven track record of successful project execution of innovative solutions that have had direct impact on the bottom line
• Set aggressive but realistic plans and expectations, manage and resolve challenges and deliver consistently against planned dates, budgets, and business results.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross functional project teams in a matrix environment to achieve program goals. Demonstrates an ability to work across various cultures and geographies.
• Highly analytical and creative problem solver with ability to execute ideas and stay focused on the end goal
• Flexible and adaptive
• Proven history of being resourceful, self-motivating, ability to operate with limited direction and prioritize based on business value.
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Change management experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
