This position is also often referred to as a Project Engineer in Regional Projects Division.
Business travel occasionally based on specific project needs (usually domestic.)
The key is that the individual will be leading multiple projects (10-12) with a cost value anywhere between
nominally $50K to $20M (and as high as $50M) each with a team of people that also work across the portfolio
(so they are not dedicated resources to the project and support several projects as well and directly report to a different supervisor.)
The role is very autonomous and independent in nature, and they will be balancing the needs of
multiple stakeholders across various operating units. Therefore, strong leadership,
coordination, communication, alignment, initiative, ownership, and influence without authority skills are crucial.

**Successful completion of a full background check, drug screen, employment verification, educational verification and reference checks required upon offer.
