POSITION: Project/Program Manager
HOURS: Full-time
DURATION: 1 - year, with potential to extend or go permanent
PAY: $23.00-25.00/hr. - DOE

Responsibilities & Job Description

As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to improve our complex operations. You thrive on making processes more efficient and scalable, you work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations and you proactively minimize operational risk. You collaborate end-to-end across the Operations team. Your projects often span offices and time zones, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

The project manager will support the Operations organization through a variety of projects focused on enhancing productivity, maximizing throughput and improving customer experience.

You will own all aspects of project management including planning, coordination, communication, milestone management, and maintenance of the documentation and data relating to the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years combined experience in a project management and/or process­ improvement intensive role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication (written and verbal), and people skills, quick learner who is self-directed, self-motivated, detail oriented, adaptable, and can synthesize and communicate the important stuff.
Strong change management experience. Ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.
Understanding of ecommerce and fulfillment
Experience owning end-to-end projects, from design to implementation to compliance
Competency in spreadsheet based data manipulation (VLOOKUP, equations, and functions in spreadsheets)
Knowledge of SQL
Strong problem resolution skills


Perform end-to-end project management duties (project kickoff, regular meetings, managing milestones, communication, launch, documentation) for process improvement initiatives
Facilitates and participates in status and business update meetings
Analyzes, recommends, and implements enhancements to existing work methods, flows, and processes
Works effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure collaborative solutions to meet business requirements
Owns data analysis and provides interpretations of trends
Pilot initiatives and iterate on findings


Travel required (between work sites)
Reliable transportation REQUIRED
