Job summary:

Description:

The Senior Project Manager will join a team based in Minnetonka, MN that is working to build a new model of pregnancy support to improve health outcomes for expectant mothers and their babies. Over the course of the next year, this team will design, develop, and implement the new program for two large clients.

The Senior Project Manager will lead all stakeholder and communication management for the new program, including leading client calls and developing key communication artifacts. This position requires a broad range of knowledge and skills including end-to-end product development and strategy, stakeholder management, and executive communications. This individual must be able to support a cross-functional team through idea generation, product definition, development, and product launch.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Lead all client calls
• Develop program communication artifacts, including materials for client calls and marketing materials
• Develop shared vision with all program stakeholders through meetings and communication materials
• Understand and synthesize stakeholder and user needs based on market research, analytics, and competitive insights
• Identify and drive strategic partnerships to ensure that the product succeeds
• Support project budget
• Travel up to 25% time for internal team and customer meetings

This position requires a broad range of skills and experience, including but not limited to:
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional leaders in an amicable fashion; experience guiding the work of team members
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences at a variety of organizational levels
• Honed analytical thinker comfortable with an understanding of micro-level operational details as well as larger strategic issues
• Flexibility combined with the ability to multi-task; comfort working in a fast-paced and growing organization, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
• Strong negotiation skills; able to listen, communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with public reporting of complex data, such as cost estimates and related quality measures
• Experience managing multiple tasks across various locations and vendors
• Desire to work in an exciting and demanding start-up environment
• Knowledge of the health care market and emerging trends and products
• Graduate degree in a field related to computer science, information science, business administration, and/or health services research
• Minimum of 10 years product management experience
• Preferred minimum of five years of experience in the development of web-based products
