POSITION: Technical Data Analyst and Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Lenexa, KS
DURATION: 8 months

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Audit and correct system and user account details
Identify business trends utilizing data, compile analysis reports
Present data findings, or translate the data into an understandable document
Analyze information, trends, and data to suggest improvements and make corrections
Participates in activities to identify and implement standardization of access support activities across multiple locations.
Applies an understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment to independently research and resolve access related issues.
Ability to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex information
Determine and document user requirements for business processes and use those requirements to build SOP and process improvement
Review work processes to identify, design, and recommend improvements for efficiency and enhanced security.
Develop and test technical instruction documents
Drives compliance with policies, procedures and standards


Requirements:

Advanced Microsoft Office document management and maintenance skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Practical application ability with Microsoft Visio, Project, and SharePoint
Attention to detail in all job tasks
Detailed analytical abilities
Demonstrated strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Willingness to take ownership and be accountable for delivery of services to the business partner
Strong customer focus
