In this role you will support managing and implementation of adhoc Supply Planning, PLCM implementation, Marketing and AO interface projects requiring a dedicated focus. The successful candidate will work with Supply Planning, Advanced Operations, Sourcing and Manufacturing as well as the Marketing function in planning, managing and executing project within the Supply Planning remit.


Provide clear project plans with timing, milestones and resources to execute within a given brief from the supply planning function and where it interfaces cross-functionally
Highlight to management the progress and escalate where necessary projects that are behind in performance and propose action
Write up a project and coordinate the resources based upon senior management direction
Work across multi-disciplinary teams to support specific projects to a close and to the quality standards required
Review ongoing key projects and asses impact based original objectives set by leader/team
Work with other project managers learning best practices and controls and set the standard with our client’s project management standards
Capability to work with financial or resource budgets allocated when developing or executing a project
Be responsible for running risk assessments and change levels required with a given project within the franchise
Be responsible for planning of all logistics and review cycle for the project and to record the agreed actions, impacts to senior management
Capable of managing basic specific plant or under direction, specific projects within the context of an overall program, directing hands-on project management support for multiple projects
Lead and guide business analyst resources
Track and manage deliverables to project timelines
Engage key business stakeholders and provide regular status updates
Identify project risks and issues and determine mitigation/action plans
Possible travel USA and/or Europe

Required Qualifications:

College Degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain Management
3 years minimum experience in content role of supply or manufacturing or engineering
Demonstrated initial project management role recognized as a developmental step into project or program management
Proven knowledge of project/program management software tools supporting excellence in project management
Strong presentation and communication skills
Computer proficiency:Advance Excel, MS Office including PowerPoint, and MS Project
Ability to present complex information to a wide variety of individuals across a corporation
Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and process improvement orientation.
Ability to influence and lead a team of non-direct reports and cross-functional associates to achieved desired results.
Self-starting, self-motivating mindset with the ability to work remotely and in fast paced environments.
