Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
The Marketing Enterprise Program Manager will be responsible for the successful facilitation, management, monitoring, controlling and closure of several projects that will have overlapping roadmaps. The ideal candidate has the experience to recognize project issues early and the skills to communicate these problems effectively while enabling solutions.

Job Duties:

Understand current and future program needs coordinating and streamlining the flow of projects for all parties involved
Coordinate the workflow of marketing strategy development coupled with management of multi-channel projects ensuring all are delivered on-time
Monitor and track project issues/risks and the impacts to project delivery and help develop solutions
Gather necessary information from stakeholders & communicate to relevant parties, where applicable
Govern process and documentation standards to ensure projects are tracked and completed on-time and in compliance with standards
Escalate project issues/risks
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals


Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Management or Marketing is preferred
3+ years Project management experience
Ability to multi-task a variety of initiatives/projects in an a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Strong organizational, analytical, communication and operational skills
Keen ability to prioritize and make quick decisions
Strategic thinker and creative problem solver always looking for most optimal solution
Good planner; capability to “look around the corner” to determine risks and mitigating strategies
Calm and comfortable in ever-changing environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification, 6 Sigma or equitable experience
Results orientated, self-motivated team player, who is resilient and able to perform calmly under pressure
Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations
Familiarity with MRM solutions a plus



Pay Rate: $43.00hr - $46.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday
