The workplace Project Manager will be responsible for delivering successful workplace change
projects for global clients.


Perform all Project Coordinator tasks as necessary.
Coordinate, manage and drive workplace transition projects for clients
Devise and maintain the Project Control Plan
Undertake feasibility assessments and research projects as they relate to the workplace
Conduct detailed data gathering via interviews, focus groups and surveys
Plan and implement stakeholder engagement
Prepare and issue project communications
Manage space and storage utilization surveys to include analysis and reporting on results and developing recommendations for action with the client
Conduct equipment and furniture inventories to include analysis and reporting on results and developing recommendations for action with the client
Coordinate with the IT & Telecoms and HR Project teams
Review and ensure adherence to Corporate Real Estate/FM Policy
Onboard Change, Move and File Champions
Develop a Workplace Project Guide
Manage all project activity including the planning and preparation of all move-related activities
Prepare for client briefings and presentations on specific elements of the project
Chair and issue meeting notes of all client meetings and progress/chase actions
Produce and maintain Project Quality, Version Control & Risk Logs
Assist the client in procurement of a move agent (and other third parties, where appropriate) in line with the client’s procurement procedures
Liaise with the Client Project Team and key work streams / external service providers
The Project Manager must be mobile and able to work at the client’s premises in a variety of locations.
The Project Manager must be able to work all nights and weekends when moves are in progress.
In conjunction with the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager will attend business development activities as necessary including, but not limited to, bid presentations, networking meetings and industry events.


Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong presentation skills
Willingness to travel
Previous project management experience
