POSITION: Project Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH (45202)
DURATION: 4+ month contract
Travel: 75 to 85% of the time


Position Summary


Responsible for development, communication and execution of Corporate best practices and initiatives relative to 75th Percentile.
Responsible for evaluation, identification, implementation and sustainment of new cardboard scanning deployment.
Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.


Essential Job Functions

Communicate and implement corporate cardboard deployment initiatives related to Seventy 5th percentile Project.
Implement and sustain best practices.
Work closely with Division Leadership, Division Expense/Sanitation/Sustainability Manager and retail stores.
Required travel 75-85%

Qualifications:


Retail Management Experience
Comparable Experience
Proficiency and ability to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, Essbase, etc.
Creative, alert to new ways of approaching tasks and processes.
Demonstrate initiative and leadership skills.
Ability to be collaborative and work with and through various committees.
Strong analytical skills.
Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to engage in new areas and facilitate change across the Enterprise.
Strong oral defense skills.
Ability to travel independently
Ability to effectively use organization personnel to achieve objectives.
Associates or Bachelors degree is required or experience in a similar role
