PT Admin to assist owner with office duties. Must have MS Office experience and a medium to high comfort level in QuickBooks. Will help with filing and other office duties as well as assisting with customer questions on orders and invoices. Candidate must be a quick learner and able to multi-task. This is a part time temp to hire position, if candidate proves to be a great fit and is interested, additional responsibilities and more hours could be offered. Hours will be 8:30 to 11:30 Monday through Friday, position hours likely to adjust to 10:30 to 2:30 or close variation if possible, if not, hours can remain 8:30 to 11:30.
