Purchase Order Coordinator

Adecco is assisting ANN INC. in their search for an eager entry level PO Coordinator to join their merchandising team. The PO Coordinator supports the Merchandising team and will be responsible for PO management and report running, as well as sample management and ad hoc projects. Looking for a quick learner who is eager and hardworking!

Responsibilities
• Work with Merchandising, Allocation and Sourcing to validate and collect accurate information for purchase order creation and maintenance
• Create and maintain purchase orders for a given product category within the Merchandising team
• Review updated costing on purchase orders with Merchant
• Serves as point of contact for Merchant on all purchase order information and details
• Update and maintain accurate details in the Assortment Sheet and other necessary documents
• Run weekly team reports and distribute to the team in time for Monday meetings
• Sample management and organization
• Preparing for product review meetings
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
• Ability to learn planning software quickly (i.e. SAP)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas, i.e. vlookups)
