We are currently looking for a Purchasing Administrator.

Duties include:
Ensure all raw materials and packaging arrive as needed. Coordinate deliveries of rail cars and trucks to meet plant schedules. This role requires a significant amount of discussion negotiation and suppliers to ensure delivery times are met and variances on delivery dates are maintain with SAP and related plant scheduling systems. Order consumable materials and plant services such as uniforms, food, janitorial services needed for the sites. Assure that orders get to the plant on time for production use.


•A college degree is preferred but not required
•Individual must have good communication skills, excellent planning and organization skills and be a detail oriented person
•Strong communication skills
•Knowledge of Excel
