Place purchase orders based on demand and requirements.

Purchases, expedites, schedules, and coordinates shipments of material in support of production.

Track and update status of ordered goods and services in ERP.

Inventory quantity and on time ordering/reception

Ensures that suppliers are complying with all contractual requirements.

Manages suppliers with price discrepancies, non-conforming material, logistics, and other supplier issues. Communicates and works with vendors and Accounting Department on any payable issues.

Sustain updated Vendor and purchased Item cards, lead times, prices,etc. Vendor / Item Master data integrity Other related duties as required and/or assigned


1+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, project management, preferably in a manufacturing or retail in electric or telecommunications fields.


Knowledge & Skills

ERP systems (SAP and GP preferred)

Ability to multi task 

Proficiency in Microsoft Suites
