Responsibilities:

 

May include some or all of the following:

  • Assists with processing non-inventory purchase orders.
  • Maintains and tracks Purchasing records (PO, Supplier, Item Number Folders)
  • Assists with ensuring all paperwork such as purchase orders, supplier qualifications and supplier reviews are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enters document change requests.
  • Comprehends and follows to all applicable QSR, ISO, Safety and Legal requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education / Experience:                                                                                  

  • College student preferred.

 

Skills / Pre-requisites:

  • Experienced in MS Excel and Word
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Customer centered focused.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good oral and written skills and math skills.  

 

Training:

  • No specific training experience required.
