Seeking a Purchasing Assistant in the city of San Bernardino.

 

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Good customer service & communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Computer oriented
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and Excel formulas, will train on other software.
  • Filing, quick learner, able to keep track of various vendor delivery dates, familiar with purchase orders.
  • Must have knowledge/experience in purchasing and the packaging industry and be able to source different products from vendors.
  • Maintain record of daily purchases.
  • Work on tasks assigned in a timely manner.       
  • Works well under pressure, fast pace environment, organized and work independently with minimal follow up
