Checks, assists, and trains personnel who monitors filling, receiving and production operations. This includes assistance in monitoring of the inspection and documentation for line QC, audits food safety and quality control data and procedures, HACCP, Allergen, Plant Sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain records and documentation for:
1. Inspect /Approve Morning Batches (RI)
2. Check all components that are going to be used for the first run.
3. Check and approve can code, batches, manufacturing specifications, and finished products
4. Set Reference weights and Spray Out for 3 lines.
5. Check and approve actuators, valves, cans, labels, caps to be used
6. Enter, review, and inspect Daily QC data to the PIM (data from all the QC�s Tablets)
7. Guide, Orient, and Train personnel in Quality Control and Food Safety.
8. Assist in checking and signing off all QC Forms
9. Monitors data in Quality Control.
10. Issue MRR (Material Rejection Report) and SCAR ( Supplier Corrective Action Report) if needed.
11. Monitors and updates Customer Complaint Reports.
12. Send sample cans to customers and document it
13. Assists in Conduct Baking Test for approval of formula or pre-shipment.
14. Maintain control and reference samples.
15. Answers customer complaints and document file it.
16. Conduct ATP/Allergen Test
17. Send Finished Product Samples for Microbiological Analysis Quarterly.
18. Sample water for potability test, air for microbial and send to third party laboratory yearly.
19. Coordinate with Production on deviation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
20. Conduct monthly Food Safety audit together with HACCP Team, conduct quarterly mock recall and product traceability.
21. Assists in Conducting Monthly Environmental Monitoring Program and Thermometer Calibration.
22. Submits QC Trending reports such as process control monitoring, charts and internal audit results.
23. Prepare document/report needed by Management and performs duties as assigned.
This position is also required to enforce policies for Food Safety, GMP, Allergen, and Cleaning and Sanitation (where applicable).
