Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for a Quality Assurance Assistant


The purpose of this position is to provide support to Research Quality Assurance Department in accomplishing the responsibilities outlined below. 

MasterControl responsibilities
1.) Review all current SMO SOPs for associated forms
a. Locate the form and reach out to the owner to ensure this is the most current copy, save form on Egnyte and complete import spreadsheet for uploading to MC
b. If form needs to be revised, revision task will be initiated in MC 
c. Add appropriate form numbers to each SOP and process SOP for approval in MC.
2.) Schedule times and/or assist with completion of training file uploads for all current USOR staff
3.) Assist as necessary with the import of Interfusion SOPs into MC, uploading of staff and conversion of training files. 
4.) Initiate SOP updates in regards to Florence Implementation – Andrea to train and oversee

Other QA responsibilities
1.) Schedule Study Audits and/or Process Audits 
2.) Process Monitor Training 
3.) Review compliance audit spreadsheet and FY 18 audits to determine if there are any missing reports and once these are obtained enter them onto the spreadsheet.
4.) Perform simple audits such as Learning Center reports – CTMS entries, completing user audits, Florence attestation forms and user roles. All audits will be done under the direction of QA Auditor or Manager.
5.) Tracking of Oversight Management Plans

Additional quality/administrative responsibilities may be assigned as they are identified.

Qualifications
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- MasterControl (quality management software) experience is preferred
- Some exposure to Quality Assurance or clinical research is preferred
- Ability to effectively self-manage with little direction
- Strong time management skills

Work Schedule
8:00am-5:00pm (M-F)

 

Pay rate $25.00+

Starting ASAP 6+ month contract role
