Adecco is helping assist a local client in search of a Quality Assurance Technician;

Overall Description: Providing support to Quality Assurance by performing in-process floor audits and assisting on final inspection and sorting parts.


Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Must have an understanding of ISO 9001:2008 quality processes.
  • Conduct daily in process floor audits
  • Conduct first piece inspections.
  • Conduct final inspections.
  • Assure that parts meet print specifications both dimensionally and visually.
  • Assist Quality Assurance personnel and fellow employees when needed.
  • Ensure the growth of the company and to help foster a quality attitude.
  • Must be able to write and document information clearly.
  • Must know how to read and understand a blue print.
  • Must have an understanding of measurement processes.
  • Must have an understanding of measurement theory and processes.
  • Must become proficient on all inspection tasks assigned.
  • Perform any other task management deems necessary or needed by the company.


Technical Aspects:

  • Must be able to read and use micrometers.
  • Must be able to read and use calipers.
  • Must be able to read and use a height gauge.
  • Must be able to read and use a comparator.
  • Must be able to use gages efficiently.



  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be trustworthy and reliable.
  • Must pass a drug test prior to employment and participate in random screening.
  • Must be able to follow directions well.
  • Must be proactive within assignments.
  • Must be detail orientated.
  • Must become proficient on all assigned tasks.
  • Must follow company practices and procedures in all aspects of job.


Items to Advance:

  • Certified green belt in quality
  • Trained and certified in calibration
  • Trained and certified in SPC training
  • Conduct and interpret gage R&R Studies
  • Be competent on the vision system
