The Quality Control (QC) Associate works in conjunction with staff to ensure job duties are preformed efficiently and effectively. This position serves as an integral member of the site and QA team. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Performs timely scanning and uploading of released batch documentation per applicable procedures to ensure no disruption to the national and international supply chains. 
  • Creates accurate Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Compliance release memos. 
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate and organized filing system of GMP documentation within the documentation vault. 
  • Provides customer service for all documentation requests from local, national, and global sites, as well as during regulatory inspections. 
  • Provides administrative support to the Batch Review and Documentation Control groups


Education: High School Diploma, Associates degree in a related field preferred. 
Required Experience: 

  • Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in an administrative/clerical role, preferably within a regulated environment. 
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented. 
  • Ability to interact with management, co-workers, company departments and employees in 
    a team-oriented environment. 
  • Professional sensitivity to confidential information. 
  • Must have strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). 


• Routine standing, walking, sitting, keyboarding. 
• Routine lifting of boxes weighing 15 - 25 lbs. 
• Routine use of ladder to file and retrieve documents. 

• Predominantly office with occasional warehouse environment
