Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Work with Procurement, Quality and Production to determine root cause analysis and provide improvements for Quality issues Onboarding new employees and suppliers onto the Intelex System
  • Responsible for administration and management of Intelex System
  • Provide support to NJDC Food Safety, Quality and Nutrition teams
  • Uploading data daily into Intelex System and providing guidance during module set up
  • Assign access, provide training to new employees and assist in troubleshooting as needed
  • Track Food Safety Complaints from Customer Call Center and analyze data to assist Food Safety
  • team develop corrective actions
  • Create weekly error reporting, maintain documentation and review/audit supplier scorecards
  • Conduct Ad hoc data analysis to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Support supplier audit team by reviewing supplier data, procurement reporting and ticketing

  • Conduct DC Primer (Quality watch-outs for the week) and any kind of product/ship tests

 

Requirements

  • Highly capable with excellent organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very thorough/detail oriented
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel and formulas
  • Strong clerical skills
  • A team player with a can - do attitude
  • Excited to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Basic understanding of Food Safety & Quality
  • 1-2 years of experience in clerical/administrative duties
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • High school diploma or GED required
