Adecco is assisting in hiring for a QUALITY INVESTIGATOR for an ongoing temporary position in Georgia, VT. The ideal candidate would be someone with Quality and Food/HACCP experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
Pay rate: $21.50-25/hour (determined by client, based on experience)

Responsibilities for Quality Investigator:
• Investigating and writing descriptions of issues and findings for process issues that have potential to adversely affect, product quality, integrity, potency, stability, safety, or regulatory compliance.
• Identify where the issue lie on a risk scale.
• Conduct investigation until root cause and resolution and/or preventatives identified, providing recommendation.
• Conducts investigations and coordinates follow-up for assigned department(s) using various analytical tools (FMEA analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.) in collaboration with the appropriate departments
• Prepares investigations and incident reports and recommends corrective actions as necessary for product and process issues. Ensures timely completion of investigations.
• Overall Tracking and trending of the operations investigation process including compiling metrics and reports demonstrating performance on a weekly and monthly basis

Experience for Quality Investigator:
• Experience with principles, concepts and practices of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Interpersonal, organization and communication skills, ability to work effectively with staff members at all levels, technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, participation in investigations and/or developing and recommending corrective actions.
• Computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent projects with guidance and to meet project deadlines.
• High School diploma required with preference given to those with an Associate’s degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Sigma and the ability to obtain Lean Sigma certification.
