Quality Systems


Responsible for implementation, maintenance, and improvements of the quality management system programs and customer specific requirements under the guideline of IATF 16949, QSB, Q1 and ISO14001.


Identifies, recommends, and helps coordinate implementation of improvements to quality practices and processes.
Reviews, updates, and maintains quality system procedures, instructions, records, and forms documentation for improvement, consolidation, and implementation as necessary.
Coordinates facility annual continuous improvement plans relative to IATF 16949.
Coordinates communication of any customer bulletins and IATF 16949 changes.
Periodically audits quality system programs (LPA’s).
Follows up on the status of corporate quality system requested actions.
Assists with quality systems training development and implementation relative to IATF 16949 quality system standard requirements.
Coordinates and/or controls tracking and trending of critical quality system items such as customer ratings (scorecards), auditing, and supplier ratings performance (tracking).
Assists with coordination and documentation activities of the local quality management system.
Any other reasonable request made by management.
Contributes to a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment that complements the facility and business practices and supports proper personal protective equipment (P.P.E.) usage when required.
