Duration: thru Oct 19, 2019
Location: Sidney, OH
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour / Adecco W2
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Reviews batch records prior to finished goods release to ensure that all documents meet regulatory requirements
• Professional and tactful communications with all levels of the business
• Highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills
• Business writing/ correspondence ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner, both written and verbally
• Protect and properly handle with direction company data and intellectual property
• Website maintenance and file transfer
• Produce various reports and make suggestions for improvements
• Generate schedules, procedures, reports, metrics and presentations as required.
• Participate in cross functional teams for assessments, root cause, gap, trend, impact and risk analysis as required
• Execute special assignments with direction
• Research general topics in public, customer or company data depositories
• Leads resolutions for inquiries or tasks and drives to verified completion
• Microsoft office ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• May also perform other duties and assignments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors Degree in a scientific or technical related field
• 5 years of related quality or other related experience in an FDA regulated OTC-pharma manufacturing, customer service or similar commercial environment
• Key competency skills in data analysis and presentation, decision making, teamwork, influence, flexibility, collaboration, customer focus, achieving results, and initiative

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be aware of and follow the Environmental Policy and EH&S work instructions/procedures that apply to the job.
• Perform every job safely, for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors, and for the protection of facilities. This includes the use of required personal protective equipment and use of safety equipment as well as safe work practices.
• Immediately report every job related injury or illness, regardless of severity, to a supervisor.
• Assist in investigating incidents as directed by your supervisor.
• Take necessary actions to correct or stop any unsafe conditions or practices.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and training.
• Review Material Data Sheet instructions before working with any chemical product.

QUALITY ASSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Colleagues are responsible for their own quality and that of colleagues within their span of control.
• Colleagues are responsible to follow all established Quality procedures and instructions.
• Notify supervision for corrective action if and when defects are found and/or parts/processes do not conform to specifications.
