DATA ENTRY OPERATOR III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:This position is open due to an increase in business. It is strictly a contract role to help the team get caught up with new application requests. Manager has a need for 2 temps 1: will be hired through the end of April and 2nd temp: will be hired on through the end of August.

Shift: M-F 8 am to 5pm, No OT.

Project: Customer service support with assisting in opening new accounts. Will be receiving electronic applications and entering information into Allianz program system. Will require heavy data entry and strong customer service abilities.

Experience: At least 1 year of office data entry experience, background in any industry is fine.

Training: Will be ongoing training, job shadowing, temp will need to be proactive with asking questions; Manager will have other employees check work for accuracy. Training will last a few days to one week before temp is up and running on their own.

Key Responsibilities
�?� Process incoming brokerage, investment advisory, and direct business. Also, entering client information into the back office system.
�?� Responsible for ensuring accuracy of data into backoffice system and completeness of files.
�?� Open communication of work progress with team and management.
�?� Processing of returned mail, entry into our clearing firm system and also our back office system
�?� Updating addresses in our clearing firm system and also our back office system.
�?� Account research and quality

�?� Data entry experience �?? high degree of accuracy and attention to detail a must.
