Adecco is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for the Ralph Lauren Contact Center located in High Point, NC. This will be a temporary assignment that lasts anywhere between 90-120 days. The top performers will be extended and will be able to apply for a permanent position with Ralph Lauren.


All openings are 2nd shift ONLY!

Full and Part-Time available


Contact Center Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8am – 12am

Saturday: 9am – 7pm

Sunday: 9am – 7pm


Essential Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to work night shift
  • Must be willing to commit to at least one weekend shift
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Training is 4 consecutive weeks starting June 18th with no flexibility, candidates must be available for all 4 weeks of training upon hire with no time-off needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred, but not required
  • Must have a positive and outgoing attitude, a team spirit and the mindset to exceed goals and inspire others
