Real Estate Administrator

Adecco is now hiring for a Real Estate Administrator in the Flower Mound Area. 
 

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

We are in search of a Transaction Manager/Listing Coordinator for our top-ranking Real Estate team. This position requires a highly DETAIL-ORIENTED and systematic individual that helps our team service clients with seamless, top-notch customer service. Creative problem solving, exemplary customer service, and strong communication and organizational skills are necessary. MUST HAVE A STRONG SENSE OF URGENCY!

Ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Deep commitment to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must.

 


Responsibilities

The job requires attendance in-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, hours roughly 8:00-4:00. Work from home on Wednesdays. Duties include all of the following:

TRANSACTION MANAGER:

  • Scan, track and manage all documents associated with the team's buyers and seller clients
  • Stay in constant communication with all clients that are under contract informing them of next steps and being available for any questions
  • Ensure delivery and receipt of option fee and earnest money
  • Function as a team's main point of contact with title companies and lenders, ensuring closings are on track
  • Track repair receipts
  • Submit documents to compliance, obtain and forward commission disbursement agreements
  • Schedule final walkthroughs and closings, coordinate closing gifts and request client reviews

LISTING COORDINATOR:

  • Prepare listing folder
  • Order professional photography and videography
  • Attend photography appointments to finalize staging and ensure quality photographs
  • Measure rooms and gather information for MLS input
  • Gathering additional documents including repair docs, sellers disclosure, survey and T47 from sellers and posting to MLS
  • All MLS input and updates
  • Placing "Coming Soon" ads on Facebook and Zillow
  • Arranging open houses
  • Arranging For Sale signs, riders, and Supra boxes
  • Frequent contact with sellers to keep them updated on the status of home sale

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly and with discretion
