Real Estate Contract Validator

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Coordinator job in Minneapolis, MN.  This position is a 12-month temporary opportunity!

The Coordinator will assist with validation of real estate and common area maintenance information from legal agreements. In addition, possibly assist with training, special projects, process/procedures, minor technology assistance and answering questions from other contractors. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with Administrative tasks and projects
  • Assist with validation of real estate and common area maintenance information
  • Assist with training, special projects

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Paralegal/legal experience
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Strong system skills and ability to quickly learn new computer applications
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint
  • Ability to work in varied proprietary computer systems - strong adaptability to systems and technology
