The Rebate and Contract Associate Analyst will be responsible for management of the end-user rebate process, end user net bills and customer specific pricing contracts for the for US and Canada. Researching and processing all customer financial claims that are rebate related. This position will require resolution of financial/pricing discrepancies between the company and their customers. This position will work directly with Field Sales, National Accounts Managers/Directors and Support Staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the Price Deviation process for the Industrial Division (US and Canada)
  • Responsible for creating and sending all approved price deviation contracts
  • Review every contract for accuracy; apply independent judgement to make necessary corrections/modifications before the contract is executed and sent to the Distributor
  • Reject contracts that do not provide adequate return on investment
  • Provide contract sales and claim information upon contract renewals
  • Investigate all pricing discrepancies and provide timely resolutions to Sales and/or Customer Service
  • Process incoming Distributor rebates; responsible for the review, evaluation and resolution of all rebate errors
  • Generate individual monthly rebate exception reports for the Distributor accounts
  • Provide individual monthly rebate forecast and accruals to Finance Teams
  • Perform routine rebate/contract audit analysis
  • Train all Sales, Marketing and Customer Service staff on how to effectively use the price administration tool.
  •  EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  •  Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • V Lookup is a must
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to participate in a cross-functional team
  • Previous Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Analysis and Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Oracle CRM/Trade Management experience is a plus
  • Experience working with outside Sales Reps or customers is preferred
