Responsibilities for this Call Center job include:

¿ Provide Operational and Technical Assistance to end-users on dispensers and Passport POS and other related products and services.
¿ Open, manage and dispatch Authorized Service Contractors.
¿ Manage, monitor and resolve tasks and alarms on a daily basis

o Spot activations
o Bundle activations
o Password resets
o Remote Key Loads
o Deployment questions
o SR status questions
o ESR status questions
o Follow up alarms
