This person will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office or establishment to support daily operations. Job Summary The candidate will work as a Receptionist Administrative Assistant for a local roofing company. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, maintaining the President's calendar, managing filing systems (both paper and electronic), data entry of customer information into various programs, managing quote workflows and critical deadlines, handling customer relations and vendor contacts including insurance adjusters, performing clerical duties like scanning and filing emails, preparing roof proposal packages and price indexes, and providing back-up support to other departments as needed.

Even Simpler: The job is for someone who helps at the front desk of a roofing company by greeting people and answering calls. They also help keep things organized by entering data into computers and managing schedules.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
