  • Answering, screening and routing all calls coming into the main switchboard
  • Responsible for greeting and directing visitors
  • Assists Manager, Facilities with various projects and participates in the various office committees and teams
  • Must have strong PC skills - word-processing, database, and spreadsheets
  • Scheduling conference rooms
  • Good communication skills with excellent phone manner
  • Assist the Facilities Manager to document, analyze and revise, as needed all office related processes on a continual basis for all facilities related support services.
  • In charge of ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • General administrative skills
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

Related work experience

  • 1 - 2 years switchboard/reception experience
  • 1-year general office experience
  • Customer service experience
  • PC and/or data entry experience

Formal education or equivalent

  • High School Diploma
  • College level coursework desirable, but not required
