Responsibilities for the receptionist job include but are not limited to:

  • Greet callers and visitors.
  • Answer routine inquires and direct all individuals to the appropriate staff.
  • Work order entry.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Perform various clerical duties to facilitate office operations.


Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Customer Service /Admin job:

  • At least 1 year of office experience.
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multi- task
  • Works well with others
  • Data entry experience
