Receptionist will be responsible for

  • greeting customers
  • answering multiple incoming telephone calls in a professional manner 
  • transferring calls to the appropriate person for prompt assistance. 
  • relay messages accurately
  • respond to queries from the public
  • greets and directs visitors
  • receives sorts and distributes mail.
  • maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • assists as needed with administrative projects. 
  • performs other duties and activities as required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years general office experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

  • Knowledge of multi-line telephone systems helpful.
  • Good typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (including Word and Excel) and email.
  • Prompt and on time attendance.
  • Maintain a Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Work well with others.
  • Ability to recognize problems and solve them.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Ability to take care of the customer needs while following company procedures.
