Adecco is currently looking for a receptionist to work in the Newtown area. The receptionist will be answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and performing other administrative duties. If you meet the qualifications listed below, APPLY NOW.

 

Job: Receptionist

Location: Newtown, Ohio 

Start date: ASAP

Duration: temp -to - hire 

Payrate: $15.00 an hour

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (Monday- Friday)

 

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Managing the telephone switchboard 
  • Directing visitors to appropriate points of contact via our employee and departmental directories.
  • Sorting daily incoming mail for distribution.
  • Monitoring the HR email inbox daily.
  • Assisting in the creation of personnel files and HR auditing.
  • Maintaining organizational charts and phone lists to ensure accuracy at all time.
  • Office supply ordering.
  • General administrative support across the organization, as needed.  

Qualification:

  • At least one year of administrative or office experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • The ability to Multi task
  • The ability to handle confidential material
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Must have knowledge of basic math
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support departmental efforts.
