Responsibilities for the Receptionist job include but are not limited to:

  • Manage telephone switchboard
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate points of contact
  • Sort daily incoming mail, sign for packages and determine the destination for unidentifiable mail.
  • Check HR email and take appropriate action
  • Assist in creating personnel files

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Senior Payroll Administrator job:

  • One years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Detail -oriented
