Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Rate: $14/hr 

Shift: 7:30AM-4:30PM

Adecco is assisting a local client to source for a Receptionist in the Costa Mesa,CA area. This company is in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for someone who has previous office experience and can do general receptionist duties. The Receptionist will manage the front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job Duties: 

-Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them on where to go

-Answering phones and forwarding them accordingly 

-Receiving and sorting mail

-Confirming appointments

-Data Entry

-Filing, photocopying, transcribing, faxing 

-Keep front desk in a tidy and presentable manner 

 

Skills Required:

-Customer Service 

-Time Management 

-Computer Skills

 

Requirements:

-High School or Equivalent Graduate
